South Hill addition to master bedroom (dormer) with a balcony and a main deck addition. This design was done by Landmark in 1992 and was passed on to the current owner who called us to build our design done nearly 10 years earlier. Now the master bedroom has a beautiful view of Bellingham Bay for the first time in a 100 years.
