Ground up South Hill Renovation

After drawing up multiple proposals how to increase square footage in this older craftsman home on South Hill, this client decided worked with designers and project managers to develop and construct a new second floor, a complete kitchen renovation, the addition of several new bathrooms, an updated family room, a new master suite, a raised basement and large wrap-around deck for a beautiful view of Bellingham Bay.
