This second story addition to a 1960’s rambler in Edgemore was designed and built to consider the needs of the aging homeowners and to capitalize on a great view of the Puget Sound.
This Fairhaven addition included a new master suite turret, improvements to the family room and an addition to the carport.
A South Hill Victorian turret addition that we designed and built in 1993 where we constructed the roof on the ground then hoisted it into place with a crane. A spiral stairway gave access to a spacious new family room.
The family who owns this small 1920’s home in the York neighborhood had us add a much-needed dormer, adding two rooms to the attic.
In this addition, the upstairs master bedroom was expanded, and a garage was added underneath, changing the look and feel of the place.
A turret addition that included a new family room, moving the master bedroom and bath to the view side of the house, and a home office addition in the back of the house. The master bath has a tiled steam shower and a two-sided fireplace over the tub.
With real estate at a premium in the Columbia Neighborhood, this carport combines a small porch, storage shed, playroom into its roof design. Now that’s efficient use of space!
This rather new residence received a second floor addition that included an additional bedroom and a family room. The main floor welcomed an expansion of the dining room and a patio.

A breezeway built with native Western Red Cedar is what the owner wanted to see while avoiding the elements. Along with the three tiered roof, came a very nice carport addition. With help from our design team we were able to re-create the timber frame style of the existing residence and incorporate it into the construction of this addition.
This 100 year old home received a whole house remodel including a 14 ft. addition in the rear.
Landmark designed and built this South Hill home in 1992. It has changed ownership over the years and the new homeowners called on us to fill their addition dreams. With a new balcony, main deck, and master bedroom, beautiful views of Bellingham Bay are enjoyed for the first time in 100 years!
