Upgrade for multi-generational living

Clients with growing health concerns wanted to move their family into the home to help out. The existing 1960’s rambler was too small to accommodate the multi-generational family and the lot was too small to expand the main floor. For this project, Landmark's designers and builders created a second-floor addition and to make movement between the floors easier, we built an in-home elevator.
