Columbia Neighborhood Restauration with Addition

The old home came with some issues and was in need of updating, and undoing a poorly built laundry addition in the back. Solution: We removed the back 6 feet of the house (was built on sloping porch deck) and added 14’ to the back of the house in the original style of the home, almost Victorian with some Scandinavian touches. The new owner wanted a modern kitchen, but all improvements done in style. The entire interior was renovated.
