This modern reimagination of an 1895 Victorian homestead combines many different elements of both the contemporary and the historic. The addition to this home and the remodel to the second floor were done with careful attention to longevity, green efficiency, and functional use of space.
In the process of restoring this South Hill Queen Anne home, our design team was able to capitalize on the beautiful views of Bellingham Bay with a couple of additions to the original floor plan. The kitchen was moved into one of the additions and the rest of the main floor was renovated.
Columbia neighborhood renovation. Replacement of windows, trim and siding. Most of the existing vertical siding was in bad shape, and didn’t fit the style of the house.
